Section 22-24-303 - Application; contents(a) The application shall be on a form prescribed by the secretary of state and shall include: (i) The proposed bill to be initiated;(ii) The designation of a committee of three (3) applicants who shall represent all sponsors and subscribers in matters relating to the initiative; and(iii) A statement that the committee of applicants are qualified registered voters who signed the application with the proposed bill attached.Added by Laws 2015 , ch. 6, § 1, eff. 2/25/2015.
