Section 22-11-101.1 - Definitions(a) As used in this chapter, "Vendor" means a person engaged in selling, leasing, marketing, designing, building or maintaining electronic voting systems for tabulating election results to the state or counties.Added by Laws 2023, ch. 122,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
