Section 20-8-110 - Duration of abduction prevention order(a) An abduction prevention order remains in effect until the earliest of: (i) The time stated in the order;(ii) The emancipation of the child;(iii) The child's attaining eighteen (18) years of age;(iv) The time the order is modified, revoked, vacated or superseded by a court with jurisdiction under W.S. 20-5-301 through 20-5-303.Added by Laws 2024, ch. 90,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2024.
