Section 20-4-193 - Jurisdiction to modify child support order of another state when individual parties reside in this state(a) If all of the parties who are individuals reside in this state and the child does not reside in the issuing state, a tribunal of this state has jurisdiction to enforce and to modify the issuing state's child support order in a proceeding to register that order.(b) A tribunal of this state exercising jurisdiction under this section shall apply the provisions of W.S. 20-4-139 through 20-4-150, 20-4-173 through 20-4-184, 20-4-193 through 20-4-198 and the procedural and substantive law of this state to the proceeding for enforcement or modification. W.S. 20-4-151 through 20-4-172, 20-4-185 through 20-4-187, 20-4-190 through 20-4-192, 20-4-198 and 20-4-201 through 20-4-213 do not apply.
