Section 11-12-115 - State seed analyst; seed laboratory(a) The department shall operate a state seed laboratory through a memorandum of understanding with the University of Wyoming. The terms and conditions of the memorandum of understanding shall include the designation and compensation of a state seed analyst. (b) A state laboratory operated for the purposes of seed analysis shall be located in Park County.
