Section 179.0704 - Power of legal representative of deceased partner

If a partner dies, the deceased partner's legal representative may exercise any of the following:

(1) The rights of a transferee provided in s. 179.0702(3).

(2) For purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current limited partner under s. 179.0304.
