Section 2494m - [Effective 1/1/2026] Textiles(a) A manufacturer shall not manufacture, sell, offer for sale, distribute for sale, or distribute for use in this State a textile or textile article to which regulated PFAS have been intentionally added in any amount.(b) This section shall not apply to the sale or resale of used products.Added by 2024, No. 131,§ 3, eff. 1/1/2026.
