Section 5925 - [For Repeal, See Note] Placement of delinquent children

[Contingently repealed; effective until contingency met.]

The officers and agencies of this State having authority to place delinquent children may place such a child in an institution or in another state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof.

Repealed by 2022 , No. 101, § 1, eff. 18 months from the date on which the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children as described in Section 2 of Act 101 of the 2021-2022 Legislative Session is enacted into law by 35 states.
