Section 2402 - Commerce and Community Development(a) An Agency of Commerce and Community Development is created consisting of the following: (1) The Department of Economic Development.(2) The Department of Housing and Community Development.(3) The Division for Historic Preservation.(5) The Department of Tourism and Marketing.(6) The Vermont Center for Geographic Information.(b) The Agency shall contain an Administrative Support Division.(e) Units attached to the Agency for administrative support shall receive, and shall use, the services provided by the Administrative Services Division of the Agency under section 2474 of this title.Amended by 2023 , No. 3, § 60, eff. 3/20/2023.Added 1969, No. 271 (Adj.
