Section 3105 - Public hearing; notice(a) No such ordinance or amendments or supplements may become effective or be altered until after a public hearing at which interested parties and citizens may be heard.(b) Notice of the time and place of the hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality at least 15 days before the holding of the hearing.Added 1967, No. 295 (Adj.
