Section 73-18b-1 - Water safety rules and regulations - Adoption(1) The Division of Outdoor Recreation, after notifying the Outdoor Adventure Commission, may make rules necessary to promote safety in swimming, scuba diving, and related activities on any waters where public boating is permitted.(2) The Division of Outdoor Recreation may consider recommendations of and cooperate with other state agencies and the owners or operators of those waters.Amended by Chapter 68, 2022 General Session ,§ 68, eff. 7/1/2022.Amended by Chapter 280, 2021 General Session ,§ 89, eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by Chapter 136, 2007 General Session.
