Section 63M-7-602 - Reappointment - Vacancies(1) A member appointed to serve a four-year term is eligible for reappointment.(2) When a vacancy occurs in the membership for any reason, the replacement shall be appointed for the remainder of the unexpired term.Amended by Chapter 172, 2021 General Session ,§ 2, eff. 5/5/2021.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 382, 2008 General Session.
