Section 63A-16-103 - Division of Technology Services(1) There is created within the department the Division of Technology Services.(2) The division has authority to operate as an internal service fund agency as provided in Section 63J-1-410.Renumbered from §63F-1-103 and amended by Chapter 344, 2021 General Session ,§ 62, eff. 7/1/2021.Amended by Chapter 183, 2009 General Session.
