Section 58-79-303 - Term of registration - Expiration - Renewal(1) The division shall issue each registration under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule.(2) Each registration automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the registration unless the registrant renews the registration in the same manner as a licensee renews a license under Section 58-1-308.Amended by Chapter 376, 2020 General Session ,§ 5, eff. 5/12/2020.Amended by Chapter 316, 2020 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 5/12/2020.Enacted by Chapter 52, 2009 General Session.
