Section 58-74-301 - State certification required(1) State certification as a state certified court reporter is required to engage in the practice of court reporting.(2) The division shall grant state certification as a state certified court reporter to any person who meets the requirements described in this chapter.Amended by Chapter 379, 2019 General Session ,§ 3, eff. 5/14/2019.Amended by Chapter 77, 2004 General Session.
