Section 58-37-11 - Court action to enjoin violations - Jury trial(1) A court may enjoin violations of this act.(2) If an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order issued under this section occurs, the accused may demand a jury trial in accordance with the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.Amended by Chapter 158, 2024 General Session ,§ 98, eff. 7/1/2024.Enacted by Chapter 145, 1971 General Session
