Section 53-11-106 - Board meetings and hearings - Quorum(1) The board shall meet at the call of the chair, but not less often than once each quarter.(2)(a) A quorum consists of five members.(b) The action of a majority of a quorum constitutes an action of the board.(3) If a member has three or more unexcused absences within a 12-month period, the commissioner shall determine if that board member should be released from board duties.Amended by Chapter 506, 2024 General Session ,§ 29, eff. 10/1/2024.Amended by Chapter 51, 2013 General Session ,§ 1, eff. 5/14/2013.Enacted by Chapter 257, 1998 General Session
