Section 4-25-103 - County responsibility for estrays - Contracts with other local governments authorized(1) Each county is responsible for the disposition of all estrays found within the county's boundaries.(2) Each county in the discharge of the county's responsibility, however, may contract upon mutually agreeable terms with any city, town, or other county with an animal control office to perform any or all of the functions imposed by this chapter.Renumbered from § 4-25-2 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 280, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 7, 1983 General Session
