Section 4-24-203 - Fees for recordation, transfer, renewal, and certified copies of brands(1) The department, with the approval of the Livestock Brand Board, shall charge and collect fees for the recordation, transfer, and renewal of a brand in each position, and may charge a fee for a certified copy of the recordation.(2) The fees shall be determined by the department pursuant to Subsection 4-2-103(2).Amended by Chapter 295, 2021 General Session ,§ 11, eff. 5/5/2021.Renumbered from § 4-24-8 and amended by Chapter 345, 2017 General Session ,§ 254, eff. 7/1/2017.Amended by Chapter 130, 1985 General Session
