Section 35A-16-201 - Office of Homeless Services(1) The Office of Homeless Services is under the direction of the state homelessness coordinator appointed under Section 63J-4-202.(2) The coordinator shall serve as: (a) an advisor to the governor on homelessness issues; and(b) subject to Subsection (3), the chief administrative officer of the Office of Homeless Services created in Section 35A-1-202.(3) The executive director has administrative oversight over the office.Added by Chapter 281, 2021 General Session ,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2021.
