Section 63.097 - Commissioner's Bond(a) Each commissioner shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000, payable to the district, conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties.(b) The commissioner's bond shall be approved by the commission and by the district judge of the district court which has jurisdiction over the territory of the district.Amended by Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 1129, ch. 427, Sec. 2, eff. 6/14/1973.
