Section 60.552 - Authorization of Campaign(a) The commission or the executive director of a district may establish a program in the district to allow district employees to participate in a charitable campaign as provided by this subchapter.(b) The commission or executive director of a district may adopt rules relating to the operation of a district employee charitable campaign as described in this subchapter.Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1027, Sec. 17, eff. 6/17/2011.
