Section 60.243 - Notice of Resolution(a) Notice of the resolution shall be given by publishing notice once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper with general circulation in the county in which the district is located. The first publication shall appear not less than 14 full days before the time set for the hearing.(b) The notice shall: (1) state the time and place of the hearing;(2) set out the entire resolution; and(3) notify interested persons to appear and offer testimony for or against the proposal.
