Section 60.174 - Issuance of Obligations(a) The district may issue evidences of indebtedness secured by encumbrance which mature not more than 20 years after the date of issuance.(b) The encumbrance and evidences of indebtedness shall include the clause: "The holder hereof shall never have the right to demand payment of this obligation out of any funds raised or to be raised by taxation."
