Section 18.001 - Definitions
In this chapter:
(1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(2) "Marine seawater" means water that is derived from the Gulf of Mexico.(3) "Project" means: (A) a marine seawater desalination project; or(B) a facility for the storage, conveyance, and delivery of desalinated marine seawater.
