Section 12.015 - Power to Condemn Works(a) The commission may condemn existing works if their existence or operation may, in the judgment of the commission, become a public menace or dangerous to life and property.(b) In all cases of proposed condemnation, the commission shall notify the interested party of the contemplated action and shall specify a time for him to appear and be heard.Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/1977.
