Section 5.1772 - After-Hours Response to Complaints(a) The commission shall adopt and implement a policy to provide timely response to complaints during periods outside regular business hours.(b) This section does not: (1) require availability of field inspectors for response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in all parts of the state; or(2) authorize additional use of overtime.Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 965, Sec. 1.16, eff. 9/1/2001.
