Section 181.081 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Facility" means a pole, pier, abutment, wire, or other fixture related to a telephone or magnetic telegraph line.(2) "Telegraph corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain magnetic telegraph lines.(3) "Telephone corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain telephone lines.
