Section 683.033 - Unauthorized Storage Fee; Offense(a) A person commits an offense if the person charges a storage fee for a period for which the fee is not authorized by Section 683.032.(b) An offense under this subsection is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $200 or more than $1,000.
