Section 8509.0202 - Enforcement of Rules; Penalty(a) The district by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of a district rule.(b) A penalty may consist of a fine not to exceed $200.(c) A penalty prescribed under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by the laws of this state.
