Section 77.0352 - Sale of Catch(a) The holder of a commercial shrimp boat license or commercial gulf shrimp unloading license may sell only the catch of shrimp from the vessel to which the commercial shrimp boat license or commercial gulf shrimp unloading license applies.(b) The holder of a commercial shrimp boat license or commercial gulf shrimp unloading license may sell aquatic products other than shrimp if those aquatic products: (1) were taken incidental to lawful shrimping on the vessel to which the commercial shrimp boat license or commercial gulf shrimp unloading license applies; and(2) comply with all applicable provisions of this code or commission regulations.(c) The holder of a commercial shrimp boat captain's license may sell only:(1) the catch of shrimp from the vessel being operated by that license holder; and(2) aquatic products other than shrimp if those aquatic products:(A) were taken incidental to lawful shrimping; and(B) comply with all applicable provisions of this code or commission regulations.(d) Subsection (c) does not authorize the sale of shrimp or other aquatic products without the consent of the owner of the vessel used to make the catch.(e) No person, including a crew member of a licensed commercial shrimp boat, may sell the catch of shrimp or other aquatic products taken incidental to the legal shrimping operation, except as provided by this section.Tex.
