Section 13.0053 - Reference to Historical Sites(a) In this section, "publication" includes the publication of a book, magazine, photograph, poster, or bulletin.(b) The department may not refer to a historical site as a "historical park": (1) in a department publication; or(2) on a department marker or sign.
