Section 12.205 - Powers of the Department
The department may:
(1) provide a toll-free telephone number for use of the public in reporting violations of the game and fish laws to an office of the department that has employees on duty 24 hours a day; and(2) establish procedures for voluntary donations to the operation game thief fund to be collected and sent to the department.
