Section 1305.052 - Terms; Vacancies(a) Advisory board members serve terms of six years, with the terms of three members expiring on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.(b) A member may not consecutively serve more than two full terms.(c) If a vacancy occurs during a term, the presiding officer of the commission shall appoint a replacement who meets the qualifications of the vacated position to serve for the remainder of the term.Tex.
