Section 2303.302 - Criminal Penalties(a) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) violates the licensing requirements of this chapter; or(2) employs an individual who does not hold an appropriate license required by this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Tex.
