Section 2303.302 - Criminal Penalties
(a) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) violates the licensing requirements of this chapter; or
(2) employs an individual who does not hold an appropriate license required by this chapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
