Section 2301.357 - Prohibited Fee(a) A franchised dealer may not directly or indirectly pay a fee to a vehicle lessor or a vehicle lease facilitator.(b) For purposes of Subsection (a), an adjustment in the purchase price paid for the lease or leased vehicle is not a fee. This subsection does not authorize a fee for referring leases or prospective lessees.Tex. Occ. Code § 2301.357
