Section 134.186 - Costs of Suit; Filing of Bond(a) In issuing a final order in an action brought under Section 134.182(a), a court may award a party litigation costs, including attorney's and expert witness's fees, if the court determines the award is appropriate.(b) The court may require a person to file a bond or equivalent security in accordance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure if the person seeks a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction.Tex.
