Section 1575.1701 - Exemption From Preauthorization Requirements for Physicians and Health Care Providers Providing Certain Health Care Services

A preauthorization process used by a health benefit plan provided under this chapter is subject to the same limitations and requirements provided by Subchapter N, Chapter 4201, for a preauthorization process used by an insurer.
