Section 32.056 - Compliance With Texas Health Steps Comprehensive Care Program

The executive commissioner by rule shall develop procedures to ensure that recipients of medical assistance who are eligible for Texas Health Steps Comprehensive Care Program comply with the regimen of care prescribed by the program.
