Section 32.0212 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Delivery Of Medical Assistance

Notwithstanding any other law and subject to Sections 540.0502, 540.0701, and 540.0753 , Government Code, the commission shall provide medical assistance for acute care services through the Medicaid managed care system implemented under Chapters 540 and 540A , Government Code, or another Medicaid capitated managed care program.
