Section 152.2021 - Refugio County(a) The juvenile board of Refugio County is composed of the county judge and the district judges in Refugio County.(b) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members reasonable additional annual compensation in an amount set by the commissioners court as compensation for the added duties imposed on the members. The compensation may not be lower than the compensation paid to a member on August 29, 1977. The compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county.(c) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Refugio County.Tex.
