Section 152.1911 - Parmer County(a) The juvenile board of Bailey and Parmer counties is composed of the county judge, the district judges in the counties, and the judge of each statutory court designated as a juvenile court in the counties.(b) Section 152.0151 applies to the juvenile board of Bailey and Parmer counties.
