Section 152.0491 - Collin County(a) The juvenile board of Collin County is composed of the county judge, the district judges in Collin County, and the judge of each county court at law.(b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer.(c) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation of not more than $6,000 as compensation for the added duties imposed on the members. The additional compensation is payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county.(d) Sections 152.0002, 152.0003, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008(a) do not apply to the juvenile board of Collin County.Tex.
