Section 531.0021 - Reference To State School Or Superintendent(a) A reference in law to a "state school" means a state supported living center.(b) A reference in law to a "superintendent," to the extent the term is intended to refer to the person in charge of a state supported living center, means the director of a state supported living center.(c) A reference in law to a "local mental retardation authority" means a local intellectual and developmental disability authority.Tex.
