Section 481.127 - Offense: Unauthorized Disclosure of Information(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly gives, permits, or obtains unauthorized access to information submitted to the board under Section 481.074(q) or 481.075.(b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony.Tex.
