Section 142.029 - Administration of Medication; Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly administers medication to a client of a home and community support services agency and the person is not authorized to administer the medication under Section 142.021 or 142.022.(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.Tex.
