Section 35.013 - Limitations on Authority(a) This chapter does not limit the authority of a parent, managing conservator, or guardian over a minor.(b) This chapter does not entitle an employee, agent, or representative of the department or other official agent to enter a home over the objection of a child or, if the child is a minor, over the objection of the child's parent, managing conservator, or guardian.Tex.
