Section 659.204 - Change; Duration(a) An employee authorizing a deduction under this subchapter may change or revoke the authorization by delivering written notice of the change or revocation to the financial officer of the institution of higher education.(b) An authorization under this subchapter is effective until the financial officer receives a notice under Subsection (a) changing or revoking the authorization.(c) The notice given under Subsection (a) must be in the form and manner prescribed by the appropriate financial officer of the institution of higher education.Tex.
