Section 526.0104 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Incentives For Major Quality Initiative Coordination

The commission shall consider and, if appropriate, develop in accordance with this subchapter, incentives that promote coordination among the various major quality initiatives, including projects and initiatives approved under the granted waiver. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.453.)
