Section 305.035 - Enforcement(a) The commission, the attorney general, or any county or district attorney may enforce this chapter.(b) On the application of any citizen of this state, a district court in Travis County may issue an injunction to enforce this chapter.(c) A person may file with the appropriate prosecuting attorney or with the commission a written, sworn statement alleging a violation of this chapter.Tex.
